What is NHS login
NHS login makes it easier and quicker for you to securely access digital health and care services with 1 username and password.
When you set it up, you need to give high level proof of who you are using 1 of the following:
- photo ID
- the account details you use for your GP surgery's online services
NHS login registrations may take longer than usual when there are high numbers of requests. You will need to register at least 2 weeks before you want to use your NHS COVID Pass.
If you're going abroad, check the foreign travel advice on GOV.UK to find out the entry requirements of the country you're visiting.
