Use this service to find a pharmacy that offers free flu vaccines for:
- children aged 2 to 3 years
- adults aged 18 or over
You can search for pharmacies and book a vaccination appointment online or by phone, or find a pharmacy that offers vaccinations without appointments (walk-in).
Who can have a free flu vaccination
Flu vaccines are offered on the NHS every year in autumn or early winter to protect people at higher risk of getting seriously ill from flu and to reduce the spread. Find out who can get the flu vaccine for free.
If you are not eligible to get a free flu vaccination, you may be able to pay for it at some pharmacies.
Children
Children aged 2 to 3 years can get vaccinated at their GP surgery and at some pharmacies that offer free flu vaccination.
Most other children of school age will be offered vaccination at school or in a community clinic. Children with certain long-term health conditions can also be vaccinated at their GP surgery.

If you're pregnant
You can get a flu vaccine from your GP surgery or your maternity service (if your maternity service offers the flu vaccine).
You can also get vaccinated at a pharmacy that offers free flu vaccination if you're aged 18 or over.
It's best to get vaccinated as soon as you can.

Frontline health and social care workers
You should get your flu vaccine through your employer. If your employer does not provide flu vaccination, you may be able to get it at a pharmacy or your GP surgery depending where you're employed.
If you're a care worker eligible for a flu vaccine on the NHS, you do not need to show your ID at a pharmacy. But if your employer can give you a letter identifying you as a care worker, it may help.
Employees with flu vouchers
Some employers offer vouchers you can use to get a free flu vaccine at some pharmacies. If you have a voucher, check with the pharmacy to see if they'll accept it.
