Review titled Stocking seems chaotic / communication poor

I have a regular repeat prescription of a reasonably common medication. Last time around, it took me three visits to the pharmacy to obtain my prescription as they didn’t have sufficient stock on the first two occasions. This time around before visiting I received a text from the pharmacy saying “your prescription is ready”. I understand that to mean that I can collect it - ie it has been dispensed. It wasn’t ready. They had no stock. There was nothing I could collect. Told me to come back later that day after 4pm. I returned about 5:30pm. They still had no stock. Told to return tomorrow. So on this occasion I will end up making a minimum of three visits to collect my prescription (said to be “ready”) and as of now I have nothing at all.

What a place!! Saw dr on a monday ,who put meds straight through to them next door ,after 7 days off waiting and many phone calls (always engaged or rings off) i finaly got them !!x2 got somebody eles's meds ! Had to wait for days for morphine,staff are nice but the place is a shambels .Go else where if i were you .Delivery driver is Ace ,poor man cops it all the time .Disaster place !!
