    I was treated with great respect and as always listened to. The Dr surgery were very polite and helped me book in.

    I attended the practice to request to be referred onto a Orthopaedic consultant as I have a permanent injury to the disc in my back for over 16 years, this is now impacting my work and business meaning I will have to retire and try and find alternative employment to which I explained many employers will not hire a person in their early 50's with a back injury. The GP informed me there are very few consultants in the NHS and to go to a private clinic, he also informed me I would need to be referred to a senior physio therapist to possibly arrange this but he would not do this, I am already attending physio for a possible torn rotator cuff injury so to have a word with that physio about this in January, I did explain that in about 6 to 8 months I will have very little work left to justify keeping my business running and the wait for a physio takes approximately 3 months, then they give me excersises that don't help me and cause back spasms, and all this wasted time and money I still don't get to see a orthopaedic consultant. I did explain that I will effectively be unemployed and claiming benefit but it appears Vine medical gp's don't want to help, so if I sell my van and tools I should have enough to pay for private health care. I waited 5 weeks for this gp appointment which could have been discussed by phone call, I feel there is little point in gp's for physical health conditions as they always automatically refer me to a physio who then doesn't understand my pain and suffering and gives excersises to increase my pain, thus being unable to work and a financial cost to myself. Please replace the vine medical group with a practice that cares, I have been informed from my own customers how bad this practice is and to try and transfer to a different one.

    Visited the practice nurse, for my annual review. Appointment was right on time. The process was seamless and the nurse put me at ease explaining everything in detail. She was polite and informative. I felt reassured she had taken in all the appropriate details, and found the review really useful. It was helpful to know most things were on track and within guidelines. Thank you

    Called and requested a callback for an appointment after receiving a 111 referral for an appointment. Got a text about 1.5hours later saying we tried to call but you didn't answer. Mind you I've been on my phone this whole time with the ringtone on Loud and had exactly Zero calls. So are they just sending out texts when they can't be bothered to ring back? Not pleased

    I admit it was totally my fault, I went to Stakes Lodge instead of Forest End for my BP appointment & they did message me twice to tell me about my appointment but I did it! But despite Stakes ringing through to tell them they refused me my appointment because I was 15 minutes late stating this would put everyone else back. I could have scoffed in the receptionist's face as I have sat for 30/40 minutes before waiting to be seen. But I calmly accepted my new appointment for 2 weeks time. My BP would have probably been high anyway! Can't fault the nurses though as they are genuinely very kind & caring.
