The doctor was very professional and made me feel comfortable , I definitely would go to see her again . She was prompt and courteous . I went away feeling a lot better than I came in . Thank you Dr L Salim .

I know a lot of doctors surgeries are always under fire. But I have to pass comment regarding my experience today The lady on reception was most helpful and resolved our issue to complete satisfaction in 10 minutes. 5* Thank you

I tried to book appointment for my disabled daughter she’s very sick gb doctor said to as if she have problems bringing to surgery now I try to book appointment thy can’t book thy should give appointment spatially disabled patient not happy at all

Used to be a great practice I've been using for over 20 years only in last few years has it dropped. Multiple times has my medication been stopped so when I go to pharmacy to collect I find out the surgery has actually cancelled my orders without even making me aware of this leaving me in a very bad position. This has happened around 3 times now which is bad enough but now with it being over the Christmas period I'm afraid I won't even have medication for the holidays thanks so much! Will be leaving ASAP and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone going forward!

You have posted this anonymously so we cannot contact you directly otherwise we would. Please do contact us today so this can be resolved ahead of the bank holiday. Removing peoples medication is not done lightly and normally pertains to high risk medications or monitoring that is overdue but if you give us the details we can look into this

: I have been with Thistlemoor for many years. They have wonderful caring staff at all levels. Their reception team are first class, despite the abuse they have to deal with from many patients. I have never had reason to complain about anything, but one cannot but admire the resilience and patience of the administrative team there. The GP's too have done everything humanly possible to look after me, dealing with the basics, referring me quickly if necessary and also reminding me about annual check up's for blood pressure and asthma when necessary. I admire the Practice owner's commitment to Peterborough and to improving the breadth of their service offering which cannot have been easy in these difficult covid ridden times. I have no complaints at all and those who have need to look at themselves and ask themselves why things didn't work out as the rules with which patients are required to operate are for the safety and benefit of others/the staff and themselves, before rushing to complain. 10/10 from me - especially the reception team.

I joined Thistlemoor recently having left my old medical practice as they were sadly unable to fulfill my requests. My experience with all staff (GP's, nurses and admin staff alike) at Thistlemoor has been outstanding in the little time that I have been with them. They have gone above and beyond to carry out all the tests I required for some treatment. I would highly recommend them and have no regrets in leaving my old practice.

Myself, my Father and my Mother use this practice, we all have done for over 25+ years now. Everyone from the GP's to the Nurse's and the admin staff are really helpful. We have had a hard time with health issues for my Father and the Practice and Staff have gone above and beyond, in all honestly they have helped saved my Father's life. I would highly recommend the Practice and I see why they are at the forefront of the medical practices within Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. Please keep up the great work, it truly is appreciated and the local community is lucky to have such a great Medical Centre on its doorstep.
