    The doctor was running exactly to time. She was interested and caring, even though my condition is relatively low risk.

    On my recent visit the Doctor that I saw (and also who I have seen on several occasions for the same issue) was extremely kind, considerate and as always is eager to help. My experience with this surgery/partnership is always very good.

    Very empathetic staff throughout. Whether that’s be reception staff.. or my recent doctor ! Being pregnant and still having enough energy and enthusiasm. This Dr.. really makes me feel comfortable & relieving after I leave.

    I had an excellent experience with the doctor and the entire staff. The doctor was thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. Nice clean Surgery. Very kind and supportive staff.

    Received a phone call from the doctor to say my urine sample showed I had a bladder infection and she had prescribed an antibiotic.I picked it up from my pharmacy later that morning.

    Arrived for a 9.10am appointment but was not seen until nearly 10am! Absolutely awful! There was a mix yp with patients and the doctor saw the wrong person which im turn meant the correct person had to be fitted in thus putting everyone back by nearly an hour!!

    I submitted an eConsult and received a call back within 5 minutes. I was offered a physio appt. for later that day. I accepted despite doubting that physio was the correct treatment for what appeared to be an infected elbow. I arrived early but was seen promptly. As suspected the physiotherapist couldn't treat the problem but asked a doctor examine me ( came within two minutes), who prescribed antibiotics for the infection in my elbow.

    I asked for a gp appointment, I received a physio appointment and now I am asked to comment on the gp sppointment, that I haven't received.
