Throughout the consultation, a phone one not my preferred method, the GP listened and certainly explored fully the situation. I felt he was genuinely interested in my situation.

A warm welcome upon arrival, lovely clean & tidy reception and waiting room. Was informed upon arrival of appointment running 6 minutes behind schedule which was appreciated

In short I was happy with the doctor when I got to see him, however I arrived at my surgery at 2:45pm ready for my appointment at 3:00, I was however just left waiting for over 50 minutes to be seen, during this time there was no information and the receptionist only apologised when I went up to ask when will I be seen at 3:15, 3:30pm and 3:45. Your reception has notes everywhere stating how many appointments are missed and what it costs the NHS but nowhere does it state how much waiting costs the general public. I appreciate things can run behind but all I ask is that we be shown the same respect, you require from us….

I am sorry to hear you had to wait for your booked appointment and appreciate that this is very inconvenient. Unfortunately, some patients have very complex issues, and this can cause the clinicians to overrun which is not ideal. We are sorry to hear this happened.

First ly we were pleased to receive a surprise call from the practice offering a vaccination we didn't know was available. When we attended the nurse was also able to answer questions about travel vaccinations and book us in for boosters at short notice. We were very happy with our interaction with the practice.

My triage concerned discussion of my thyroid test. The doctor explained in detail my "out of balance" and the remedy. She also made adjustments to my repeat prescriptions. Having informed her I had just developed a chest infection I was prescribed a rescue pack of antibiotics.

My daughter had a doctors appointment. She has severe special needs and is non-verbal. She did not want to wait in the waiting room and wanted to be in the corridor. Due to her disability, not letting her do this would result in her screaming, taking clothes off, banging her head. A doctor came out and told us we couldn’t be there despite me explaining the situation. We aren’t offered any support and I felt the doctor was unsympathetic and patronising. There needs to be acceptance of and accommodation for those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour as this was unacceptable.
