    I used E-consult to book an appointment. Call back within two hours and face-to-face with GP arranged. Have previously used the e-consult and was given a phone appointment. Very satisfied with both.

    I received a phone call appointment that both myself and the Dr. wasn’t sure if it was (needed..) as my appointment prior to this was a face to face, in which we’re waiting for my blood test / fit test & urine sample to return.. but the doctor still took time to analyse the situation and make sure I was ok and not in need of any other treatment. Also, I saw my therapist whom gave me the same time & understanding as she did on my 1st visit to see her.. she was able to allow me to be open and honest about my trauma. She has booked a follow up appointment, but also understands I may need a different type of treatment as she identified my needs may not have been in her remit. Thank you for both appointments.

    Despite arriving 15 minutes late due to traffic, the sugery still honoured my appointment. Saw a super polite and competent chap that explained exactly what was wrong with me and how to make the pain go away.

    I was seen by the nurse at the appointed time. She was welcoming, professional and made me feel at ease. She explained the procedure she was about to undertake. She reassured me and answered my questions. I left the surgery feeling that I could not have had better care.
