    Very thorough questioning and took blood pressure, checked oxygen levels and listened to heart rate. Had taken note of all symptoms stated in e consult. Made referrals for tests to check for serious problems. Felt listened to and reassured.

    I saw a female doctor who the receptionist recommended for some advice about menopause. She was very knowledgeable, and explained lots of things to me very clearly. She was also really kind and empathetic. I valued the advice she gave me and I would recommend anybody who wants to know more about menopause/HRT etc to ask to see her.

    I visited the practise on 3 occasions over the last 5 weeks and the “customer service “ has been wonderful. The reception staff so friendly and very helpful and the Doctor I met was so kind informative and really cared about my health and wellbeing.

    I filled an eConsult in and within 30 minutes the surgery had got back to me and made an appointment with a doctor for the next morning. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The doctor was very helpful and explained everything perfectly.

    I was seen on the 26th Feb 2025 at the Lodge surgery and I must say what a great service I received from a polite young lady on the desk, the reception waiting room was spotless, the GP I saw was a true professional at his work very polite, appointment was on time , and he solved all my issues I had . Never been to such a great surgery with professional understanding staff thank you all..

    I wrote an econsult asking for a full mole check since I am 28 years old with a lot of moles and mum is a rare mole case and has extensive history of needing them removed. Dr used to do mums mole checks as he is a specialist and mum told me to get them checked at our GP and be proactive. Nurse was 25mins late in seeing me, then told me that ‘we don’t offer mole checks here and we don’t have the time, you will need to seek this privately’ and she would not refer me to a specialist or dermatologist, I would need to go to boots It would have saved an NHS appointment (which are always in high demand) and also me taking over 90mins out of my working day if I had just been told this information on the phone. Being proactive about your own health means nothing.

    I had an appointment with the nurse for shingles vaccine. I didn't have to wait for long and the whole process was quick and smooth.

    I recently attended with my daughter and was extremely impressed with the friendly approachable nature of the Dr, he made my daughter feel very at ease and listened to and gave very helpful realistic advice in a way that my daughter was open to receiving and taking on board. A very positive experience.

    I booked an e consult and was referred to the nurse only to find she could not check me properly as I needed to see a Dr so was told to book another appt, fortunatly for me the receptionist was very helpful and amazing and booked me another one the same day but nearer to my home. I think in the future it would help for patients and nurses not to have time wasted if a Drs appt is more suitable.

    The help that I have received has been brilliant from the e consult process to meeting with the doctor. The follow up and care was great. I had various tests that were carried out in a timely fashion and then great follow up with the doctor.
