    Pleasant experience. Nurse was kind and gentle and completed procedure comfortably. There was a disruption in the waiting room however and staff did not look to be handling it. Also the electronic touch screen sign in board was slow, so I ended up over pressing and causing an error, and a queue developed behind me

    The GP was an incredible listener and helped my son feel very comfortable to talk about his situation. His experience and specialist knowledge of children and young people who have a unique way of seeing and living life, enabled us to be seen and heard and understood. We were not at all rushed and felt able to take time to have a good discussion about why we were there and what our next steps could be. We left the consultation with the information we need to help us research our next steps and a sense that the GP is available to us as and when needed to help us make our decisions going forward. Thank you!

    Cheerful, helpful receptionist 's. Clean surgery and toilet. Professional clinician, listened to my worries and reassured me. Took time to explain conditions, results and what happens next.Phlebotonist was cheerful, gentle and chatty. I love this practice !

    I submitted an e-consult form and was contacted then seen by a GP within a few days. The e-consult form is a bit of a pain but I guess a necessary evil. I was happy with the way the consultation was handled. It's the next step that may be more problematic as I get referred on.

    I have seen this doctor 3or 4 times now. Actually listens. Very much a people person.. Follows up on tests. I would always ask to see her as my first choice . Very professional.

    I felt, having provided the surgery with sufficient information to assess my healthcare needs, I was met with a timely, reassuring, thorough, receptive, warm and helpful service. On this experience I couldn’t ask for anything more, thank-you and well done, much appreciated

    Saw doctor within 2 weeks for regular prescription review. Doctor was pleasant and thorough. Discussed some worries I had and carried out examination requested.
