    Last 2 appointments cancelled by yourselves on morning of appointments plus trouble getting thru to you to rearrange you should sort out phones and get a more friendly voice on it

    The gp surgery make things very easy to book appointments for any kind online and the doctor was excellent they explained everything I needed to know. Took the time to check everything and make sure I had all the information I needed. It helps to know that they take their time to make sure everything is okay and listen to us.

    My husband and I are not happy to be told by the receptionist that we can no longer make appointments over the counter or on the phone, so how are we supposed to make appointments for doctors when they have asked to see you again.

    My recent appointment at The Lodge, to discuss various issues and review medications, was extremely helpful. I valued highly a two-way conversation in which I felt heard and my concerns were responded to. This was very reassuring at a time of of some uncertainty and anxiety.

    I've consistently had great experiences with the team at the Lodge Surgery. They have provided great care throughout my pregnancy and postnatal journey. On ghis visit, the nurse and trainee nurse made us feel at ease during the immunisations, providing detailed instructions on the aftercare
