    Seen promptly by a young doctor who, unfortunately, is only there for a few months. He listened attentively and has asked for further examinations to be made. Good practicee, just wish there were more appointments available.

    The lodge Helpful friendly and covered everything that was needed listened interested and patient. Felt nothing was too much trouble and very grateful for that.

    After submitting an econsult on Sunday evening I received a call before 9am on Monday and was offered an appointment the same day. The GP I saw was thorough, listened carefully to my concerns (although they were rather unspecific) and referred me for further tests - followed up by a phone call and a booking from surgery for an ECG.

    I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but I received great care from the GP I saw. The surgery has many great doctors, it’s just getting to see one which is the problem (unless it is urgent). Another bone of contention was that there was no space in the car park despite the waiting room being half empty. I was an almost late for my appointment because of this. I think the car park is being used by local residents. A lady was desperate for my space when I left with another car queuing behind her.

    Thanks for your review, it is important to hear the thoughts and experiences had by our patient to help us review are pathways and procedures. Unfortunately our car parks can get busy but to our knowledge are only used by our patients and staff

    The consultation and procedure were carried out efficiently, effectively and in a reassuringly friendly manner. Furthermore, the reception staff were able to answer a further administrative query that I had. The whole visit was completed within 15 minutes and everyone seemed satisfied with the outcomes.

    They were no help at all when I try to see a doctor it always on the phone and never help me just say you have to go on line I don't do anything on line so my health is getting worse no one wants to do any work at GPS just go on line rubbish

    It was easy to arrange a telephone appointment, by phone call to the surgery, for my medication review with the same doctor I had originally seen. The doctor called exactly at the start of the time slot quoted. We discussed the blood test results which were explained clearly to me and the change to my medication agreed. I was happy and satisfied that I was treated with patience and respect and given a say in how my treatment was to proceed. The doctor was not rushed and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
