The nurse was up to date with my notes and willing to answer any questions I had. The nurse was running a little behind but there was no rush to get to the next patient.

My nurse was not only very professional but kind and very gentle, she listened and was very caring. I came away from my appointment feeling genuinely relaxed and feeling better after her help. Thankyou.

My last GP was very helpful . And lead to further investigations carried out by a specialist nurse. Who gave more health information and support .

I feel extremely lucky to have such a wonderful surgery in our area. Every encounter I have with any member of staff is always positive. Getting an appointment is never an issue, and I feel the reception team go above and beyond to get you an appointment appropriate to your need at the time. Our named family doctor is a fantastic, knowledge GP who always provides exceptional care. I know if I have taken my children to see him, that I am confident and 100% reassured of his assesment/advice/treatment. Thanks again for providing such a wonderful service to our community in what is a challenging time for the NHS

Seen twice by nursing staff for two different things. Both nurses were punctual, very pleasant and very professional. They made me feel at home on both occasions and displayed real empathy with my issues. Well done The Downands Practice.

Very friendly and helpful nurse for a standard health check. Unfortunately, no blood pressure monitors were available to use for doing the requested self readings
