My recent visit to see the COPD nurse was excellent…..she is a very efficient but caring person…Also found the dispensing team very accommodating when I forgot to order pills promptly…they sorted my medication immediately

My wrist was very painful for many weeks so my GP suggested I get on the waiting list for a steroid injection. I received a phone call a few days later for the appointment, which was about 10 days later. I was surprised and pleased this was done on a Saturday. The injection was only sore right at the end. Many thanks to the woman GP who gave it to me for your skill and for being willing to work in a weekend. It has already given me relief, many days earlier than expected. Very happy patient!

I was very early for my appointment, but there was no problem with my sitting in the warm in the waiting room, rather than in the cold car park.

Lovely reception staff and pharmacists. No long wait, doctor kind, helpful and empathetic . I never have issues booking an appointment and waiting room is pleasant to sit in

Dr was very thorough and kind, impressed that blood taken early morning with results late afternoon with a doctor ringing to tell me results

Was offered a health check with a nurse. Weight, health questionnaire, cholesterol and blood pressure check. It was swift and easy. Excellent!
