I feel very blessed to have such a caring and experienced GP in my designated doctor.She always takes the time to listen to what I am saying and then to explain what her course of action will be. I have every confidence in her and her oversight of my health.

I have always received excellent treatment and managed to get a fast often same day appointment if urgent. The care my late husband received some 20 plus years ago definitely extended the quality of his life for at least 20 plus years until he was in his 92 year.

Had to have blood tests. Usually medical staff battle to find a vein. The staff member who did my blood test was great and found a vein straight away!

The diabetes nurses staff are always very cheerful and helpful they greet you with a smile. They listen to your concerns and answer your concerns with answers you can understand and there care for there patience is excellent nothing is to much trouble for them

I had been discharged from hospital having had a hip replacement with enough pain relief and anti sickness tablets to cover a few days and told to get more from my local surgery. I e. mailed my request to my own GP. Did not hear anything and when I phoned the reception was told it had been forwarded to the pharmacy and would be contacted. When I had not received a message my husband went to the surgery to be told that I could only have the anti sickness tablets as my GP was on leave. I was in a lot of pain so phoned reception again the next day. I still did not hear so phoned the pharmacy and eventually the duty doctor phoned me and it got sorted out. It seems bad that when one’s own GP is away that the request is not automatically sent to the duty doctor especially as I had had major surgery. However when I came to the surgery to have my wound checked and redressed the nurse was excellent and helpful.

I was very impressed with the care, dignity and friendly nature of the practice nurse who performed my smear test on 12/02/25 @10.20am.

I came for my second MMR jab and found the nurse to be really friendly and keen to make sure you are put at ease. No complaints about the surgery at all. Would recommend to others.

I visited for the first time as I recently moved to the area. The registration was easy and quick and the response from the surgery was efficient and effective. When I met the doctor, they were attentive and thorough. I was worried about leaving my old surgery, but feel reassured that I will get great treatment here. There is also a full blown pharmacy on the premises - bonus!

From booking my appointment to seeing the doctor was carried out very effectively. The receptionist was very helpful & the doctor took time to listen to me and was very reassuring & recommended what treatment I needed.Having a pharmacy on site is an added bonus ,as medication can be collected immediately after diagnosis.
