Had a conversation with the practice pharmacist. So knowledgeable and helpful. I learnt so much about my medications and was able to stop pantoprozol all together after this chat. I didn't realise I was taking my thyroxin incorrectly. I feel so well informed now and better for the discussion

I had to ring the admin team to check any paperwork for going abroad. A secretary answered the phone - a lovely lady - she's worked there for a long time. She took me thro the relevant websites and was very helpful. I did have to ring back and got another lady this time who was also very pleasant to talk to and even went the extra mile to print me some documents out to collect. What a fab team. Thanks Ladies!

Had a call from the Pharmacist to discuss statins. I had been meaning to ring as the statins did not agree with me & I stopped taking them. The pharmacist was very understanding & informative & I am going to try a different statin now.

I took a phone call from one of the pharmacist and she was very patient and took time to answered my questions. She put my mind at rest and I felt a lot better after the call

I started been unwell mid Oct 2024. I was found to have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. They stated testing straight away and the practice nurses and the pharmacy staff have kept in touch with me all the time. Reassuring me at every point of my treatment. All the staff and receptionist have been extremely supportive.

I used Patchs and got a quick response to my request. I was contacted by a doctor within an hour of sending my request and was in the surgery for a face to face appointment within 30 minutes. The doctor was very thorough and reassuring and I felt that I was given enough time to discuss my problem. I am awaiting further tests that were organised promptly. I am used to the internet but occasionally find some websites confusing. I have found Patchs straightforward to use though and will definitely use it again, it’s great for messages that don’t need an immediate reply.

Rang surgery and got an appointment to be seen within the hour, have to say the senior nurse staff at the practice are fantastic, treat you with respect, no "lectures" and very helpful , got prescribed medication

As always the clinicians and staff are helpful and professional. I received a call today from one of the clinical staff, regarding concerns about my blood pressure. She was reassuring, helpful and understanding, which left me feeling lucky to have such a high level of health care. I shall miss this when we move.
