    The practice has improved alot compared to a few years back when you were never able to get an appointment and was always met with rude unhelpful receptionists. Now receptionists come across helpful. It appears easier to get a GP appointment. I particularly like the new patches service and think it's a great idea. I have an issue which I don't deem urgent enough to see a GP today but would like to get it checked and this has been dealt with on the day and an appointment booked for next week. Happy with the service.

    I came in for my COVID and Flu vaccinations today. It was like a cattle market. If I don't have one or both diseases after today I'll be very surprised. I appreciate that the volume of patients requiring vaccines is high but there must be a better way than placing amlarge group of elderly and potentially vulnerable patients in the same place and at the same time

    We are sorry you were not happy with the service we provided at the Flu / COVID clinic. We have a large number of patients to vaccinate and we planned the clinic on a Saturday to avoid it clashing with normal appointments. We appreciate that you have acknowledged the volume of patients, however the clinics have to run this way so that it doesn’t affect appointment availability during the week for unwell patients. It was extremely busy and all our staff worked hard to make the clinic flow as quickly and efficiently as we could.

    been there for me had a fes machine funded not been able to walk without an aid for a month now it’s helped with my health thank you

    Phoned today to book an appointment and I wish I took this gentleman name but he was so helpful and explained everything I was going to ask him . Very polite and professional well done . 👍

    I could not have received any better treatment, Execellent service.and swift diagnosis, and even swifter Prescription which was dispensed in record time. It would be impossible to get better service wherever you went. Full maaaarks all round.

    I just need to book a blood test. I work full time & would love to be able to do it on Sat. Sun. or in an evening. The functionality exists to do so through the NHS App. We are encouraged to use digital tools, but I’ve yet to access the service and find any relevant appointments available. Today I can have a smear yet, an NHS check or an asthma appt. None are what I need. Please be brave and release more appointment slots for booking online. If I could have booked now I’d be one less tel. caller in the week and my employer would be happier too.

    Thank you for leaving us a review. The appointments for Saturday, Sunday and evenings are not loaded onto our clinical system and currently are unavailable to be booked online. If you would like to book one of these appointments the only want to do this is by phoning the surgery and the receptionist can do this for you. We will pass on your comments to the out of hours team to see if this is something they can look into doing in the future.

    Within the last 4 months I have twice had to have a visit from a GP to my husband. On both occasions the care and prompt attention has been amazing. The first occasion resulted in my husband being admitted to hospital and being released a week later on the mend. The second occasion was today with a telephone call to my husband 15 minutes after requesting one and a follow on appointment this morning. Excellent service. Thanks to the GPs and the whole team including the Receptionists for working so effectively and so hard for their patients.

    Contacted the team using Patchs today, I found this to be a very useful app which was easy to use. I then received a very fast response along with a convenient appointment. Thankyou. The questions on this review need to be updated to have a not applicable option as in my case I did not contact the surgery by phone and therefore did not have the opening hour explained.
