Called earlier regarding some backs pain. The lovely lady was extremely sympathetic and offered an appointment tomorrow for a first contact practitioner service. I have dealt with many colleagues of this surgery having been a patient for 21 years and this was the most positive experience I have had . Credit to her for the manner in which she spoke.

After having some problems with my medication levels, I was reviewed, a ne regime started and a follow up promised to check in on me. the nurse practitioner at the practice followed up by phone exactly when she said she would, did a full review again and put any concerns I had at ease

Just had my prescription review with fountain medical centre. The person I spoke was very knowledgeable & gave me some great advise, I felt very relaxed talking to them & felt they answered every question I had & didn't feel rushed at all... Thank you

Phoned for face to face appointment with a doctor. Nothing available but the receptionist did have a good look and managed to get me an appointment however it was for 2 days later. But I got an appointment 😊 thank you

Recently had a blood test and a feedback phone call resulting in an adjustment to my regular medication. I was greeted warmly on both occasions and the dealings were handled with pleasing professionalism and courtesy - I don't often leave reviews, I just wanted to say "thank you" to both of the members of staff that I dealt with - good job ;-)

I was seen immediately at the practice following an extremely worried phone call. I was reassured that future investigations would follow very quickly. I have already had confirmation on the same day from the hospital to let me know they will be in touch very soon to arrange further appointments.

Another review done, and as usual the service was excellent. Appointment convenient time, no waiting and follow up phone call was good, she is so nice, explaining everything and putting me at ease. Thanks.

Another excellent review by the practice pharmacist today. She is always thorough, giving a holistic consultation every time with impeccable communication skills. She allows time to ask questions, and gives through responses, ensuring the advice given is understood. Her caring approach and professional knowledge and skills are a great asset to Fountain. Fountain Medical team are the best practice in Morley by far!

Joined patches , simple form to fill in . Received a phone call the following morning with an appointment for that day . Seen by doctor after a short wait .Doctor was great , good advice , in and out no problems

fast and efficient reception team dealt with initial enquiry. Prompt meeting with doctor who did not rush and gave reassuring advice for management of situation and onward referral for further treatment. Thank you.
