   I was booked in for a face to face appointment with the nurse. I got to the reception, signed in and as soon as I sat down the nurse rang me. She did my appointment over the phone while I was in the waiting room. I arranged my morning and drove down there just to sit in reception and have a phone call I could of had at home. Disgusting
