    Thanks to the practice GP pharmacist for really quick and helpful response. Also to the receptionist or secretary who passed on an additional piece of information. Great service team.

    I am agreeably surprised at how quickly my problem has been dealt with. Call back system is brilliant. All tests organised within days & follow up results within a week. Very impressed.

    I contacted the surgery using the non urgent on-line system at 08:10 on Tuesday 2nd January for a blood test that i had forgotten to request, and it was approved and put on the system at 09:40. Excellent service, Happy New Year to all the Doctors, nurses & support staff at Tadley Medical Centre. Your all doing a great job in difficult times.

    Phoned Holmwood on Tuesday 09/01/24 to book a doctors appointment. The receptionist filled in the request form and said a doctor would call me that day. Nobody called. Approching midnight on the following Friday the condition reappeared and worsened and 111 was called. They arranged for an ambulance to be sent immediately and I was transferred to hospital. Spent two days in hospital before release. Took a covid test on the following Monday and this was positive, clearly contracted in hospital. The service at this health centre has deteriorated quite severly in recent years and their inefficencies are placing a larger strain on the wider NHS.

    Over a month ago After many attempts on line and by phone I eventually got through - trying to book my 12y child for allergy test . Been told that within 5 working days someone will contact me . - nothing happen - 2 weeks later i went to the clinic by my self - very annoyed receptionist told me to wait as my daughter allergy is no emergency. i waited over a week - to get a phone call - telling me that somebody will send me an email about it . So far nothing happen - the phone call took place on 14/02/2024 -over ten days ago - My daughter suffers really bad - during a pollen season - which will start soon - no available tablets , sprays, drops etc - helps . its affecting her life at school and at home .

    Tried out the new system for requesting GP contact this morning for my 7yr old son who has been suffering with a nasty cough for the past 3 days. I logged onto Tadley Medical Partnership website at 8.05 and filled out the request form which I found within two easy steps on their home page . Within 30 mins a Doctor had contacted me via text (which I had requested because my signal is bad where I live) and offered me a face to face appointment for my son to be seen. Very pleased with how my request was dealt with and for me has shown me the new system can and does work.

    We were grateful to one of the GP's for doing a home visit recently - for my wife who has dementia. We are trying to follow the doctor's advice (!)

    I filled in an Online "Contact us on line" form about 9.30am on Monday 18/12/23. Even though it says allow up to 5 working days for a response. I was contacted by phone on the same day, f2f appointment offered and relevant medication prescribed. Great service in this very busy time of the year. A massive thank you to all heard working staff at the practice.

    The whole practice experience from Reception Staff, to GP contact, to referral to the skeletal clinic today was seemless and exemplary. I cannot praise and thank the specialist physio. Her assessment was unbelievably thorough. Her advice was brilliant. A massive, massive thank you to the whole team.

    I was just calling for a blood test. Although I was 15 minutes early, I was seen straight away. The nurse was friendly and efficient. But my records did not indicate what my blood was being tested for. Fortunately I did!
