Caring and understanding follow up appointment with GP. Discussed my care and made a plan for moving forward. Was very understanding and took the time I needed.

The Dr was very informative and answered all my questions. He was reassuring but also realistic. I left feeling that the practice is ‘on my case’.

I was able to select an appointment time and date that suited me. My doctor was fantastic and my consultation was helpful. I had any worries addressed and everything was explained clearly. Excellent service.

The reception staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. I also received a useful link for locating the surgery. The doctor was also friendly and efficient. He had a reassuring manner and good listening skills. He explained his findings well and gave good advice.

I visited the Sutton Benger surgery on the 18/04/24 , and the doctor had time he listened and explained in detail , he was very re assuring , there needs to be more doctors like I saw , because that's what we need.

I did have to wait for 2weeks to get a face-to-face appointment but it was worth the wait. The doctor was a good listener and gave me the time to air my concerns, before suggesting solutions. There is nothing to compare to talking to a doctor in person, it is just a shame that it is so difficult to achieve nowadays. It would be much better if we could contact Sutton Benger surgery directly by phone.

Surgery was clean although it was late in the day. Reception person was polite and friendly. The doctor was seen at the appointment time. Would recommend.

I had a recent consultation with GP I felt listened to and reassured especially after the consultation I received an email with a link to read up on my diagnosis I would like to add that the service at the pharmacy is excellent
