Slight negative was an extremely long wait (over 30 mins) to get through on phone line as I had forgotten my details to log in. However, once connected, the Recrptionist was polite and helpful. A link was sent via text for me to create an appointment booking. I was impressed with the number of times available for the following day.

My appointment was on time. I had not seen this Doctor before however she was very welcoming and went through my recent tests in detail with no rush

I had recently been to this surgery ... to see a doctor..who explained my results, and what the next steps were, I left feeling that my concerns had been listened to.. and a better understanding of my conditions....thankyou

There was a friendly atmosphere and all staff are welcoming and professional. My GP was extremely helpful, explaining everything very clearly. Tye nurse who took blood and perform ECG was very friendly and professional. Thans for a great experience.

I was seen by a doctor at the instigation of the surgery. On time, pleasant and very efficient. Understanding, listened and took my opinion into account. I left feeling happier and glad I had attended

I saw the nurse yesterday. She was kind, friendly, encouraging and did what was required. She was not rushed for time. The receptionist was friendly too.

It was very reassuring to get a face to face appoinment so quickly, all the staff at the surgery were very kind and helpful, I came home happy with the oucome of my visit to Sutton Benger.
