    This practice has a completely dysfunctional appoinment system. They don't answer the phone for 45 minutes, then there are no appointments. There is no facility to book an appointment on a future date. The online system won't accept an appointment, it suggested calling 999! The place is a joke.

    Rang in 8am 60 in the queue by 9am no appointments or ring back. Unable to book a future appointment. Answer machine gives incorrect advice. Please do not reply to my review saying call duty manager advising its relating to a review. No its not its relating yo the service we are receiving that is not fit for purpose not your reviews!

    I called at 8am was number 60 in the queue. Went to reception at 8.20 am all appointments gone full capacity. No one in the waiting room. Asked for appointment to be told got none call 111. Absolutely disgusted with the gp will defi6be moving to another practice. Avoid if you can.

    The new Anima system is awful, as others note you log on for 8am and it's in red noting no more requests. Calling is a joke, I waited 1h 7 mins then got cut off at no 5. I have spoken to others who feel this system was a real step backwards. Not enough staff taking calls, wait times are crazy. Really fed up with the whole thing. I think the best way is turn up at 8am in surgery, then you may stand a chance. I feel this issue needs addressing.

    You can only get an appointment by either queuing at 7:30am or phoning no later than 08:02. If you're at work at that time you have no chance as bookings are gone by 08:10 and nothing is ever free after. Broken system, uncaring staff. Absolutely terrible service

    Shocking, for no reason given medication was removed from my partners repeat medication. Rang in to be told login with Anima, tried the next day at 8.00am, not appointments, told ring 111, rang, gave the runaround all day, managed to get on prescription but not the other. Rang in the morning ‘computer says no’ went into surgery, no help at all. I am sick of complaining and told to ring 111, even when I have had asthma attacks, ring 111. Should I just register with 111? Your anima system is useless, not fit for purpose and should go.

    unable to get a medical call been trying for 3 weeks . wed 13th thur 14thfri 15th last week mon tue wed this week anima is not opening for medical but admin box opening have been on at 8am & by 8.03 medical box just changing to next day ,spent 1hr.25mins on phone on thur 14, ,just to be told nothing today try tomorrow or if worried go to russells hall or sandwell centres, when all you ask for is to speak to a doctor, this practice has been getting worse since it joined into yhp , but has become terrible since anima introduced

    2 days running at 8.01 am the anima site is saying no availability to try next day. At 8.02 i tried to ring was 80th in queue waited 55 minutes to be put through to be told had reached capacity to try tomorrow, or go to surgery at 8am tomorrow to try !! Even though im unable to drive due to a knee injury which the receptionist was aware of. I have used this Doctors since I was born but I am now looking at moving, the whole system is a shambles

    This place is a joke. Ever since it was taken over by "Your Health Partnership" it has really gone down hill. It is almost impossible to get an appointment for a call back over the phone and online is just as bad. I have been with this surgery since I was born and they were great untill Health Partnership took over. Now there seems to be no real care!!

    I have been trying to make a doctors appointment for well over a month now and it is impossible! At 8.03am I managed to get the line to ring to then be the 80th(!!!!) in the queue. I logged into anima and they were no longer taking requests!! I just don't see how this is a service at all! I was under the impression government guidance said that this type of system for booking Dr's appointments was no longer acceptable and patients should be able to contact their surgery at any time to request an appointment. This system clearly does not work, is completely ineffective and doesn't take patient need into account at all. I see all of the other reviews stare the same yet nothing has been done to address this. If I could give no stars for the appointment system I would. I dread to think of how many people have had to leave symptoms unchecked too long because of this!
