    Can't get an appointment or advice on the Anima site that they want you to use. Can't get an appointment over the phone when you finally get through and after ringing 111 and being told that my daughter would be seen at Regis medical centre once we'd received a ring back, oh no we had to go all the way to West Brom. I don't drive and It's a 50 minute bus ride from where we live and 12 quid each way by taxi. Lol I suffer with stress and anxiety and am on meds for it and haven't had a review in well over a year just getting meds when I put in a request and gave up trying to get an appointment for myself for what I think is carpal tunnel syndrome because at 8 in the morning everyday for almost a month Anima site kept saying the surgery was at full capacity. I'm actually starting to think that there aren't actually any doctors working there anymore.

    Trying to get an appointment is pointless, received a text to make an appointment called on hold for over an hour! to then be told it needs to go through this stupid Anima system, whilst waiting for the doctor to call regarding scan results I booked this on Anima, 3 x days ago that's how quick they respond! but receiving the text made absolutely no difference! no can't make the appointment have to wait for anima, this issue has been on going since January we are now nearly into August and still no further forward! I really don't know why they changed the system to go backwards it was bad before but now its ridiculous! A* to whoever brought this in!

    After being in alot of pain, I finally got an appointment to see a doctor, I was then referred for an MRI. Appointment came through within 2 weeks, however I'm still trying to get my results off GP. I went in surgery last week to speak to a doc, receptionist told me there wasn't any appointments, I explained I was waiting for results, she then proceeded to tell me results were abnormal but to be expected!!! There were other people in the queue who could hear everything, so unprofessional, she shouldn't have told me that. I've been worried sick & been unable to get an appointment. Yesterday I went back to surgery & was told i was down for a call back today, I waited all day & no call back!!! Its a joke.

    My GP practice has recently adopted the Anima appointment system. I feel this system is designed for the benefit of the practice and not for the patient. Already, this traffic light system is failing. Can you imagine a young mother with a screaming child, with say, an ear infection having to navigate this system and at the same time console the child? An elderly patient unable to use the internet and wait over an hour for a telephone response, only to have to go through the Anima process with the receptionist? I cannot stress how ill advised GP surgeries are to adopt this useless system. I’d also like to know who is paying for it, I’m guessing the tax payer, yet again; paying to set up a system that the tax payer has little benefit from.

    Been trying to get a simple consultation appointment for over a week, anima is garbage, receptionists not that much better after you wait 45minutes plus to get through on the phone. Time to just close up and call it a day Regis Medical Centre, the only reliable part of your surgery is the pharmacy. Been trying to get an appointment for a week and told no or no on the app for availability. Shocking service, good thing I'm not genuinely I'll I guess else I'd probs die before I got an appointment.

    Whoever decided to use the anima system obviously didn’t think about the old people that they deal with who have no access to computer or mobile phone. I have an account with my husband as a dependent because he doesn’t use computer or mobile phone. I can get an appointment but unable to get his medication. I have been told to either get an account in his name or use the pharmacy. They system before was very good but this is just ridiculous.

    Put a request in for my daughter to see someone and they booked phone call and then phoned a number I haven’t had in 3 years and even though I’d updated the number they hadn’t changed it so now that’s my fault and my daughter can’t get her call back and have to wait till Monday or go to a walk in clinic not the first time they have done this to my family they are terrible with people
