Having visited the doctor to tell him about several areas of pain in my body, he listened carefully and talked about the possibilities of the cause. There was no rush to get rid of me. I was sent for several X-rays and today he kindly telephoned me with the results and his plans of the next steps to be taken in order to relieve my pain. Again, he was willing to listen to my feelings. I feel he will ensure that I get the help that I need and am very grateful for his support.

I just wanted the opportunity to say that I think all the staff at Phoenix Family Care do go the extra mile. Since August this year I have needed to go more often to the doctors and originally I felt really embarrassed about it but having had appointments with nurses and gps, I felt they all listened and I have always appreciated their time and advice. The receptionist staff are also great, was sat in the waiting room for a little while and they kept me up to date of when would be seen. Thank you so much all of you, for the hard work you do!

Been with Phoenix all of my life, never had any issues, greats GPS, physicians, nurses and reception staff. No issues getting appointments always get one on the same day.

Staff went out of the way to help resolve addition problem not related to initial visit. Meant asking another member of staff to assist,which took less than 5 mins. Therefore time saved for myself and the surgery as no other appointment required

From the reception staff through to all the medical staff, I have nothing but total praise for them. They go that extra mile, I've received phone calls from the GPs after I've been in hospital to see how I am, which I didn't get from my previous GP practice. They never rush you to get on to the next patient appointment and fully explain things in plain simple language. This is a modern practice but the medical staff treat you in the way old fashion family GPs treated you 40 or 50 years ago. Moving to Phoenix Family Care from my former GPS practice was quite honestly the best decision I made. I was nervous about doing so but I've since realised I had no need to have worried at all. Im in my late 80s and as I've got older my health has needed monitoring very closely and the level of care I receive is the best I've ever had in all my years. Such a friendly group of people and I shall be terribly sad to leave the practice when I will be moving home in the near future.

My flu and COVID booster vaccinations was a well ordered experience. The reception was welcoming, the nurses polite, capable and informative and the whole process took very little time . I am grateful for all that the medical staff are doing to ensure our health and well being in these very challenging times.

My family and I feel very lucky to be patients at this surgery. All the staff are wonderful and do the very best job they can in very difficult circumstances. From the ladies on reception to the secretary, the nurses, advanced clinical practitioners and the doctors, thank you for your service. You are valued and appreciated more than we could ever say. We were very disappointed to hear one of the advanced clinical practitioners has left the surgery in the last couple of weeks. She was outstanding on each occasion that my family saw her. So skilled and capable. Very special, kind, compassionate and extremely strong in her clinical assessments. Her next employers are very lucky to have her and we wish her well. Thank you for all her support and care and to all the staff in the the surgery for all you do for us.

I have been contacted by the surgery to say I need to see a nurse to get my results. That was 6 weeks ago. I can not get an appointment, as they only have one doctor on. You phone at 8am , and you still can not get appointment. By 8.10am, there are no more appointments for the day. They have already been taken. I feel I have no health care with this surgery. The surgery use to be run really well. Since the senior doctors have left, it has become a terrible surgery.
