I needed a prescription so badly. so I have been calling the GP and since morning, the receptionist kept telling me to call back. which I did until 5pm in the evening. On my last call with this receptionist, she was so rude, and eventually hanged me up. I had never felt so insulted by anyone like this. I decided not to call her again as she told me earlier that no text message will be sent to me unless I call to find out. So I called my midwife for the prescriptions.

Have always been treated well by all staff members over many years. Reception, Nurses and Doctors included. At times they helped at short notice, so I am grateful for the service I have received.

Tried to book an appointment this morning; despite being sent a text by the practise yesterday. Called at 08.00, took 3 attempts to connect with system, once connected was 30th in the queue. Call answered at 08.35-no appointments left. Told to call again tomorrow. It is extremely frustrating and illogical to text me to tell me to book an appointment-if your staff have the time to compose and send a text it would make perfect sense to provide a provisional booking at the same time. We would all much less stressed and frustrated if this actually occurred.
