Had 2 phone calls to beversbrook and told the receptionist and the nurse or pharmacist that I ordered my medication last week and buy the 25th I would be out 2 message from the chemist for medication I not in a rush for and still not the medication I need

Thank you for responding quickly to my request for a prescription and also messaging me regarding the blood pressure tests that I submitted. It was reassuring to find out quickly that all was well.

I appreciate everything that I was helped with, when I phoned for advice I was helped by the assistant in a very professional manner, I am getting my medication tomorrow and I am so very grateful for the help I received. The practice has always helped me with my problems without any question. Thank you.

I was called for my Covid spring booster and given a range of appointment times to choose from. I was the contacted offering me an earlier appointment which I accepted. The staff were friendly and the process ran very efficiently, I was in and out a few minutes before my appointment time.

The nurse took my swollen ankle very seriously and arranged for a doctor to speak to me. Then with difficulty arranged a future appointment at Sutton Benger Thank you Enid Baldwin

After completing a Patches request, I was given a telephone consultation with a Doctor during the time slot they said they’d be in contact. After they were happy with the information given, I was given medicine and advice to help me. My request was dealt with promptly, professionally and with kindness. I cannot fault this surgery. We are so lucky to have them caring for us.

As always, Patford House delivered exceptional service, with nothing being too much trouble. From reception through to Doctors. I had opted for a telephone call with the doctor, and resolved my query immediately. Five stars all the way. Thank you Patford House for making a stressful day, simple!
