    As always, Patford House delivered exceptional service, with nothing being too much trouble. From reception through to Doctors. I had opted for a telephone call with the doctor, and resolved my query immediately. Five stars all the way. Thank you Patford House for making a stressful day, simple!

    I recently have been very ill with an infection. Within 2 days of my initial call I had spoken to the nurse who was brilliant and helpful. I had a note for my employer and antibiotics and an inhaler prescribed.

    I suffer with a condition which in the main I don’t have many issues with. Recently I had a flare up and the practice was very quick to support me and my symptoms whilst also eliminating anything more serious.

    I always have positive consultations with my diabetic nurse. I feel I am able to ask questions and have a good discussion about my condition and onward care. In this instance we had a good discussion about my latest hba1c results and next steps for medication given some side effects with my current medication and also queries around my iron levels. I felt well informed and fully understood what was discussed.

    Called the surgery at 0845 to book a same day Doctor's appointment. I was called back within 30 minutes with a 1230 appointment. Despite my arriving 10 mins late I was seen straightaway and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.
