From requesting an appointment on Patchs to seeing a doctor took less than 24 hours. GP listened to me and was reassuring. She wrote a prescription which I was able to collect 10 minutes later. All very efficient.

I developed a problem during the weekend. Went to a chemist for advice and I was who told I would need to see a GP. On monday morning I sent filled the online form for urgent on the day appointments. In the early afternoon I received a call from a GP and I was promptly issued with the medication I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better service and care. Thank you.

I was very happy with my recent appointment with a Doctor at this Surgery. I had a thorough examination of my painful foot resulting in a text to Swindon Hospital for an X Ray. My Doctor was kind, practical and efficient.

Had 2 phone calls to beversbrook and told the receptionist and the nurse or pharmacist that I ordered my medication last week and buy the 25th I would be out 2 message from the chemist for medication I not in a rush for and still not the medication I need

I appreciate everything that I was helped with, when I phoned for advice I was helped by the assistant in a very professional manner, I am getting my medication tomorrow and I am so very grateful for the help I received. The practice has always helped me with my problems without any question. Thank you.
