I was booked in to have my COVID booster. Very efficient service. No queue, I was early and went straight in.

Same day telephone consultation with a very helpful member of staff who quickly identified the need for antibiotics which were available from the pharmacy within the hour.

A visit to the practice for a dermatological check was dealt with quickly and effectively. At the same time other routine checks were undertaken in view of my age and as a result an underlying blood pressure problem was identified and dealt with. In particular a blood test was undertaken which is always extremely difficult as I have very small veins. Although this needed three attempts by two different members of staff their calmness and professionalism made the experience much better than what has happened to me in the past. All members of staff with whom I had contact where friendly helpful and effective.

Completing Patches was easy and I was able to request an appointment at a time that suited me. The lovely Dr was very helpful and I had a referral appointment sent to me within hours of seeing her.

Requested medication but couldn’t due to needing a review and was given an appointment date and time which I was busy at work for when called, pointless! Busy working people perhaps need to be given an option of time, so they can actually make it? Result of this has lead to no meds since Thursday.

Doctor was unpleasant and dismissive. Not inquisitive at all. I do not get any advice other than come back when you are in pain again.
