    Went in for another blood test and the nurse I saw was brilliant. First time in a long time that I haven’t felt the needle go in which was great.

    We’ve only lived in the area for just under 4 years and have only been at Patford for just over a year but the relationship seems to have been so much longer ! All the staff are friendly and efficient, technology is up to date and all the medical team are excellent. I think it’s the quality of the support team that add such value and I’ve needed their massive support myself in the last few weeks. They are all friendly, caring and want to help and are a credit to the town and surrounding area. Just on Tuesday I saw a GP from the Partnership and that appointment on Tuesday was quick, friendly and I had some tests done to confirm all ok.

    Not a useful service. If I had any issues with my medication I would contact my doctor. I uploaded my BP which the reviewer could not find. The whole process was very scripted and lacked any human touch

    Nothing is too much trouble, the nurse was having difficulty getting through on my mobile for a telephone appointment. She tried several times unsuccessfully, then we used text and rearranged for the next day. All this was done in a very positive manner which I really appreciated.
