    I’ve a lot going on last 26 months, latest Heart Attack on Friday afternoon, Gp saw me listen to my circumstances, then made suitable arrangements for further counselling top bloke, I’ve never seen him before will do again!!

    Went in to have a mole checked. Appt booked online, within sensible timescale for a non urgent case. Saw doctor at appointed time, mole examined and photographed for records. Explanation from doctor was simple and advice for future was easy to understand. A good experience all round

    Telephone consultation generated due to medication survey results. Stopped repeat meds. Clinician phoned next day to ask if I have stopped my medication. I confirmed yes. No other questions were asked, call ended. No why? Are you ok? Would you like to discuss?

    Appointment for call came with very short notice but was suitable. Medical practitioner was knowledgeable and addressed concerns and sorted the review quickly including ordering a repeat prescription. Also followed up on longer term condition for next steps. All good.

    Called surgery am and had a telephone consultation early pm and resolved my issue. Nurse understood and explained what I needed to do.

    I have been suffering with my symptoms for some time so i went to the doctors to have it checked and so far the service has been okay however i was told i should say if i have any more symptoms or if they get worse so i put through a patchs request to talk to someone about the symptoms which had gotten unbearable. However when on the call i felt that i was not being listened to and that i was having to repeat a lot of things that i know are accessible by file. When talking about my symptoms she asked if i had a blood test to which i replied yes and that i knew my results so didn’t need them repeated however they were. I told the person it was becoming almost impossible to do daily activities and they told me i would have to wait until a scheduled test and ignored the concerns i had.

    Over the past 18x months I have been receiving great regular support from one GP. He has supported me through a very difficult period with lots of variable elements. He has been able to be contacted directly through online messaging and has supported with nessisary medications and appointments. This has been invaluable being able to share and plan through strategies with the same GP rather than having various people involved.
