    I've been at this practice for my entire life - trying to get ahold of them is impossible. I have a screenshot of trying to call 225 times and every single time it bounced because their phones are all just calling with no answer, or one answer every 10 minutes at minimum. On top of this, a doctor I had refused to refer me like A&E told him to, and said he'd call me back & never did. I want to give up on this GP surgery, but unfortunately I'm extremely sick & have been for months & have no real choice in the matter.

    17/08/2022 I had a drug review today and was requested to fill in an asthma report on line. This I did immediately and received a request to make an appointment with the practise nurse. I rang the surgery only to told to ring back in a fortnight for a possible appointment in October. This is as usual for this practice the booking staff making priority medical assessments without medical knowledge. I don't know how urgent or otherwise my condition is but surely this should be assessed by a professional not by a booking staff.

    Booked an appointment at the practice, receptionist gave me the time and date of said appointment, when I turned up for the appointment I wasn't even on the system. There was no appointment booked for me. Been offered a telephone call but wasn't given a time of when I can expect one, just "some time today". Not good enough. I am pregnant and wanted to discuss this with my doctor face to face as I don't see it as a telephone conversation matter. Not the first time I've had issues with this practice. Asked them to sort my NHS app out and to this day it still doesn't work. Absolutely useless.

    Please accept our apologies for your bad experience with our surgery, it is very unfortunate that this happened to you. We do have face to face appointments bookable 2 weeks in advance which can be booked by yourself via our new app AskFirst which is accessible from our website. Thank you for your feedback.
