When I first joined this practice, I found in particular the reception staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. I have seen a huge change in this over the last couple of years, which makes the whole experience of dealing with this practice much better. In relation to my recent nurse appointment, I was seen exactly on time, and received a very friendly service. For these reasons, I would now recommend this practice, whereas in previous years I certainly would not.

Been with Northern Group practice for many years. And always had exceptional care from the staff. My recent experience was for high cholesterol and the staff nurse was very proactive in making sure my care was paramount, and was followed up by several phone calls to ensure I was on the correct dosage. I appreciate in these challenging times that waiting time can be extended, however the level of care and the dedication of all at the practice has never wavered. Thank you. Mark Armstrong.

Easy to arrange appointment by filling the online form. The telephone service has also been very good with the option of having a call back. The Doctor who saw me was friendly and efficient.

Refused my emergency blood test due to being 2 minutes late ( when in the past iv sat and waited 25 minutes to be seen) the blood woman walked past me and refused to do my bloods. Very unbothered and unprofessional attitude.

Staff would need to speak to that particular clinician to see if they have availability to see the patient. However, due to the work demands on the day, it is very unlikely this can be achieved. I had an asthma review with the practice nurse. The appointment t was untrusted and thorough. She identified several things that would help to improve my asthma control. She was professional and had a really great manner

Arrived early and dealt with straight. A well informed, polite and helpful doctor who listened to all my questions. Very reassuring. Very helpful receptionist too
