The Doctor treated me with respect and courtesy and information he provided was clear and precise. Unlike some other doctors that I had the misfortune to meet recently this gentleman is a credit to his profession

the practice website has a link for booking appointments. I needed to book an appointment so went on the site at 8:15am to get an automated response saying the system was already full for the day. I tried this on a few days, with the same result. So I called in at the surgery and explained I needed an annual checkup for something with the practice nurse - they arranged it without issue but said the online system is only for patients who want to see a gp the same day. So if you're feeling ill, do make sure to wake up at 6am, so that you can get to book a GP appointment 😏

I had an appointment with the doctor And found him very interested in my problem, gave me a thorough examination and sent me for bloods and rectal fit examination. A week later I saw The same doctor who gave me the results Explained them I am now referred to a hospital for further tests.

Helpful, polite reception staff listened to my issue and gave me prompt paperwork that I was able to fill in immediately and hand back. They informed me of the next steps then booked my blood tests, which also went smoothly when I attended, with polite staff who care. Thank you.
