The OT has been fantastic. She called me personally and, despite my dismissals to the contrary, told me not to worry about taking up her time for something so 'trivial'. She is working diligently to help me find replacement crutches for my 6'5 frame, for which I am so grateful. God bless you and everyone there!

I’m actually complaining on behalf of my 80 year old mother, who cannot get an appointment, has a heart condition and various other ailments. Having also been with this practice it has to be one of the most unprofessional surgery’s I have come across. Staff are rude unhelpful and the doctor’s aren’t much better . Having read the reviews thinks have not improved!

I would stay away! very poor service and uncaring staff, Reception staff and secretaries are rude and do not get back to patients if they say they will, always having to chase for an answer

nurses brilliant. see face to face put your mind at rest that's the good part. The not so good parts is trying to get appointment with a Doctor face to face. Receptionists can be quite rude when you have the chance to speak to them after a long wait.

Me and my family received a letter in the post today saying in 30 days time we will be unable to use the practice. We lived in Newport for 10 years and then moved to Cranfield 8 years ago. We changed our address with the practice when we moved and we were able to carry on as normal. So now without warning after all this time we are getting kicked off the books. I have a serious medical condition and need regular medication. So now myself and my family are going to have to find a new doctors. That’s if we can find one that’s taking on new patients. Let’s hope I can find a new doctors quickly and let’s hope I don’t run out of medication! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I went online at 3.30pm to complete the contact form and expected to recieve a telephone consultation within a day or so or a face to face consultation within the next couple of weeks. ten minutes later I recieved a text and an e mail notifying me that I had an appointment at 4.30pm the same day !! The staff were as ever very helpful, friendly and professional. Completely exceeded my expectations.

The nurses are absolutely brilliant. The doctors are okay, only a few seem to genuinely take an interest. Unfortunately all the doctors I've seen are to scared to prescribe high risk medications even when the risks are far out weighed by the positives. I myself had to struggle for years before they finally sorted me out, 1 month prescription later and I got my life back but I literally had to fight and pester them constantly. It's ridiculous the lengths you have to go to for help. Lastly the online system is an absolute joke. Even though they changed to a different system I'm still left waiting over a month or more before I hear back from them. Other times I have to chase them constantly. On the rarest occasion I get a response within 2 to 3 weeks but this has happened maybe twice in the past few years. I just wish I had the freedom to choose a different GP but based on where I live that's not an option. Maybe one day in the future I'll get my health finally fixed but honestly I don't have much faith.

Twice in short succession had need to use the klinik system. On both occasions I received quick (within a couple of hours) responses. Both resolved my concerns with sympathetic attention from the doctor.
