Twice in short succession had need to use the klinik system. On both occasions I received quick (within a couple of hours) responses. Both resolved my concerns with sympathetic attention from the doctor.

I just wanted to say thank you so, so much for the care we received yesterday. Within 90mins of doing a klinik request I was contacted, seen face to face and had a prescription for antibiotics for my little boy. Everyone involved in his care was incredibly brilliant yesterday and I’m blown away by that level of service. When you’re worried about your child and they’re suffering it means the absolute world that you all did everything you can to help. Thank you so much again to the administrator who called me on the phone and to the GP who saw him and was really thorough and caring.

I completed klink for an appointment on the 26th June received a text message the next day with an appointment face to face on the 9th July. I was given a thought examination by the GP with a full diagnosis not rushed and very professional. Great work

I was permanently injured at Heathrow by overzealous Border Force and armed Northants Police officers in December, 2021, resulting in nerve damage that requires £35,000 prosthetic rehabilitation. The team has been accommodating in aiding my recovery and checking up on me weekly. I am very grateful to all of them. Particularly helpful has been their assistance with getting remedial resource for the PTSD as a result of the sexual assaults by Northants Police officers I experienced. This is something few people would openly discuss but unfortunately given my public status in the county it serves as a reminder to others that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I had to write to express my thanks to you for all your assistance yesterday. I have been feeling quite unwell of late and finally admitted I needed some help to eradicate a nasty chest infection. I completed the online questionnaire easily and was notified by text, also email, that a doctor would be calling me that morning. I managed this with ease being 74 without any issues. To be honest I was so thankful for his call and that a prescription would be waiting at Jardines that day.. You have a tremendous team and also an excellent online system that has looked after me a number of time over the years. Thank you so much. I hope my words encourage and brighten your huge daily task each morning.

In the last week they have issued a fit note for my husband with the wrong condition on. And update my own records that I had an abdominal examination - on a telephone consultation. Dismal.
