    I love all the staff at mileoak medical centre. Always get a phone call, usually within the hour, and if we need to see doctor, it's the same day. everyone is so helpful and polite.

    Staff were very friendly '& efficient. They had time to listen to me & not too feel rushed any further treatment needed came through quickly and I also received a personal text from my Doctor.

    Dr always very polite and ex plaines Everything very well They also quite often give me downloads to take away for me to read in my own time

    The immediate impression is of a very friendly,welcoming atmosphere. This includes receptionists, nursing staff and my GP who was knowledgeable, thorough and attentive and actually listened. Apart from the current, well known, country-wide difficulties afflicting patients in accessing a doctor’s surgery, I am very impressed with my new GP practice.

    My husband and I booked our appointments on the Friday and we had our flu jabs on the Saturday. It was easy to book face to face at the Mile Oak medical centre and it was all on time and very well organised.

    My 93 year old dad had his annual review recently. The wait time was short. The nurse he saw was professional, reassuring and kind and his experience was good.

    All morning slots gone and now even the e consult says full for the day. It's only 09:30. They cannot care for the number of patients on their books

    At the moment I am dialing the surgery (10/08/2923; 3:50 pm) which is my forth attempt to get through to the surgery. So far I have been held on the phone 19 minutes - I was number 3 at the beginning - the other 3 times I was kept waiting over 20 minutes till I gave up. I am trying to change an appointment you have sent to me, but do not seem to get through.

    Dear Heide, I am sorry that you have been struggling to get through to the surgery. Our phone lines are very busy and our receptionists work very hard to answer calls as efficiently as possible. At times, staff shortages may mean waiting times are longer. It is possible to contact the surgery through econsult via our webiste. We review our systems regularly and do value any feedback.     Due to a shortage of the drug Tostran I have been given Testogel instead. I find Testogel much easier to use and use less of It . I have spoken to the practice pharmacist about having Testogel as my usual medication. However I still get Tostran which as you know Is causing problem at the moment. Again could I ask for this medication to be reviewed again
