Very quick to get an appointment, the appointment wasn't too delayed, and I was prescribed something straight away which was available on the same day.

I was able to see a doctor the same day, felt heard and looked after. Outstanding care as always. I feel very fortunate to have such a responsive practice especially because I am classed as vulnerable. The doctors have saved me on more than one occasion by picking things up early and reacting swiftly to them. I cannot thank them enough and I will continue to praise their hard work and attentive staff

I couldn’t use the online form but the surgery arranged an appointment for me that day, which helped me manage my condition on the same day.

I received a very positive response and excellent service from the doctor on Thursday 18 April. I had a phone call then was seen very quickly. Thank you very much.

I am not a registered patient at Medwyn, however, I wish I was! I attended for my dvla medical today and I was beyond impressed. Every staff member - receptionist, gp and gpa were all fantastic. If I ever have to have another dvla medical, I really hope it will be here. Thank you so much.

I want to say thank you to the receptionist last evening. I had run out of a prescription and she was extremely helpful and polite. I really appreciated it. The pharmacy was also great and the staff friendly and helpful. It meant that I could get my prescription with no stress. Many thanks

Medwyn surgery have again been so helpful in sorting out a speedy prescription. I have used them for several years and have always found them responsive when I have needed an appointment or have a specific prescription request. They respond to quickly to messages, and I am grateful for the service. Thank you.

I have never had a bad experience at this surgery everyone is so helpful and service is fast and effective. The doctors always give you time to talk and they truly listen. I would highly recommend to anyone
