    You spend ages on the phone to try to get an appointment, then most of the time if you get thru you can't see who you want to. If they want you for blood tests you get called up and text sent. Seriously considering changing practice.

    Tele access is a disgrace. Go to surgery and phones ringing nobody answers them could not get through as I was 5th in the queue and got to No 3 and took 30mins nobody takes 30mins to answer 2calls it is staff not answering calls. Options on phone you do not even have a general enquiries line can only press appts even though you don’t want one and still offering flu jabs on message. Dr very good, but your access is so bad more staff needed or the practice manager to prioritise. People could be dying on the phone. Your doors should Now be open, wear a mask is fine. Prescription line is rubbish if you have a query phone your surgery but guess what can’t get through Another queue. You are letting patients down through bad admin.
