Booking the appointment in person was easy and done in a friendly manner. On arrival I was directed to a machine for my weight, height and BP. I was sat waiting for less than a minute before I was called into bed seen. The staff were friendly and reassuring.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment there was a disabled parking bay I was able to use and I was promptly seen. The receptionist was polite and helpful

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my one-year-old received during our appointment today. Your professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my child's well-being were evident from the moment we walked in. Your patience in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns put me at ease, and I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident in the care my child received. Your warmth and friendliness made the entire experience so positive for both me and my little one. I truly appreciate all that you do, and I am grateful to have you as my child's doctor. My first experience at this practice and I was very impressed. Had a medication review with the pharmacist who was very helpful and gave lots of advice. Very comfortable waiting area and was seen on time.

The Dr I saw today is a great Dr. He puts you at ease straight away. He doesn't try to rush you. He will sit and have a conversation with you, not just necessarily about the problem you've gone to see him about. I would definitely recommend him.
