Twice in 1 month tried calling the surgery on both occasions I was met with very rude and upbrupt receptionists on the other end. I waited a long time on both occasions to have my call answered. Queried about an appointment for my daughter and a blood test for myself. And on both occasions the person on the other end made it seem like it was too much of a bother to give me the information I needed or I was wasting their timefor not knowing the process and enquiring about it. I have not visited the doctors in a long time and dread to think what it would be like if I actually needed to see a doctor. I am not happy with the changes as it was once a lovely practise.

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I would like to apologies for the way you have been spoken to. If you would like to contact me I am the Practice Manager, all the calls are recorded so I can listen to the call and identify the administrator you spoke to with the possibility of offering further training. The surgery is using a new triage system called Anima and it is proving very successful, again if you would like to contact me I can go over the new system with you. Was immediately referred to Medway Hospital. As the hospital was contacted by the practitioner I did not have to queue at Accident and Emergency but was dealt with by Same Day Emergency Centre

When I called this morning to ask why the anima had closed early, I was offered a same day appointment by the receptionist who was so friendly and helpful. Even though the appointment was running late the doctor was so friendly and helpful, if only she could be there all the time! I was so happy with the kind and helpfulness of both, much appreciated!

This was a meds review with the pharmacist practitioner. I take around 15 meds. An hour review. Covered the inter-reactions which have been causing problems. Tackled the coordination of the meds which are different strengths of the same drug. We discussed the errors that have happened in dispensing by the organisation. Very well informed; listened well; a warm,caring person.
