It is a comfortable place and the receptionist was helpful doing my BP . The nurse is very caring and pleasant-making conversation. Everything was on time with quick visit - a really comfortable experience.

We were seen very quickly. The doctor was very confident with my son's diagnosis and knew exactly how to treat my son.

Quick appointment given had pain in my ear saw the advance clinical nurse she was lovely and gave me the best clinical advise

Responsive friendly service which is followed through, I felt my Dr listened to me and I received my medication quickly. Very happy with their service.

We were greeted and treated with respect and obvious knowledge presented and diagnosed with a light but authoritative manner. We were presented with a range of options on the possible diagnosis with the proposed way forward to obtain an accurate final diagnosis. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Had an appointment about a lump on my breast and was told I'd be referred within two weeks. Dr did the referral, sent to wrong place. Had to chase, it up. Receptionist rude, and unhelpful. So now not going to be seen inside two weeks due to admin error, and no one cares. No apology. My mother, three days post surgery took a urine sample into be dipped, as suspected infection. And receptionist told her to make an anima request, which of course was unavailable. Leading her to return to the hospital where luckily the consultant was kind and agreed to see her. Waste of time. Pick another GP

Excellent service great communication very helpful went to surgery got an appointment seen within half a hour doctor was great made me feel at ease came out feeling better than when I went in Regards Keith
