    Has been difficult to get appointments or on occasion information, due to phone problems. New Anima system began yesterday and coincidentally I had a need to use it. First impression is that there could be more options? Nothing seemed to apply to my situation. However, there are opportunities to explain the problem in more detail as you go further through completion. Overall, website could be better, but it works! Within a short space of time I received a call to say that a telephone appointment had been made and that a GP would call me shortly. She did, within a short time and after asking a few questions, said she needed to see the problem and made a face to face appointment for 12.30. Prescription raised and collected and by yesterday evening, signs of slight improvement seen.

    The new booking system is simple to use and takes less time than the telephone system that preceded it. Less stressful in a morning when people have many other responsibilities. I note that there is support for people who may either lack the technology or ability to use it. I wonder if it will be possible to submit a request later in the day or will it be unavailable. I initially tried the preceding afternoon and the system wasn’t available. However an important step forward.

    I had a really positive experience with Lion Health today. I used the new booking system for the first time and was really impressed – it was easy and straightforward to use. I received a call back within 15 minutes of submitting the form, and within the hour my little boy had already been seen by a doctor and prescribed antibiotics. The whole process was quick, efficient, and very reassuring. Big thanks to the team for such prompt and caring service!

    This new online appointment request system really works. No hanging on the phone for long periods, simply enter all your symptoms and details and seen it in. Normally I can't get appointments as the 'professional speed dailers' put you right down the queue. This, you put in a headliner of problems, then full description, it prompts a couple of things, then you send it off. I completed the form by 8:15, callbsck came at 9:24 with appointment at 11:35. Brilliant, easy and I actually got in. Time of course will tell, but on its first day, fo me it was 1000 times better... nice one

    Submitted form at 8:03 and had a call back at 9:44 and went to appointment at 12pm. Thought the system was fair and triaged effectively. Only issue is not knowing when appointment will be so can plan day (thinking of childcare and work) but I was very impressed with the first day using the new system. I was really listened to and my issues were dealt with effectively. Thank you

    I used Anima for the 1st time today and received a call just after 9am, asking me to attend the surgery at 10.15am The practioner was very helpful, approachable and friendly. I was prescribed antibiotics which I was able to collect after a short wait at the pharmacy. So, all in all, a positive experience. However, I was told that Anima could be accessed any time up until 6pm but my husband has been unable to log a medical issue since the message says that they are no longer currently taking any more medical conditions - which is not so good. Hopefully, this is teething issues.

    I recently used the new online system to book an appointment. This was quick and easy. I did not expect a call so quickly but the reception staff called me to book an appointment within half an hour of me submitting the form, and I had an appointment with a GP that morning. I would definitely recommend using the new online system to book appointments.

    well tried this new thing at doctors where you leave a message as i told them think i need one more course of antibiotics as i had a spider bite and had a very bad infection in my hand , they phoned me about 20 mins later , said the doctor told me to go pharmacist at our local chemist and he will prescribed me with some , went there he said i cant give me antibiotics because i already have been prescribed some by a doctor last week , but he he advised me to go to the doctors and tell they've got it all wrong they have to prescribe them , so i Went to the doctors told them what the pharmacist said. They have told me to go to the walk-in centre so here I am stood here in a doctors surgery and you have told me to go to the walk-in centre up at Dudley ,i said this is a joke. I haven't got time for that. I'm going on holiday this afternoon. and walked out not at all helpful

    When you’re ill and not had any sleep, feeling brain fog and need to get an appointment asap then this new system makes it 100 times more difficult, staff on reception are dismissive and somehow show an incapacity to appreciate sick people don’t feel well enough to fill in forms on line. They need an appointment, not a lesson in using a convoluted and time wasting online document. Whoever decided to develop and implement this system needs to consider the consequences of this on the patients of Lion Health. I am reasonably confident with online documents and I struggled because I feel ill and need personal service. Goodness knows how many patients go about getting their medical appointments. Absolutely dreadful!!!!

    Having always struggled to get through on the phone, I wanted to try the new online system. I found it easy to navigate, although the first info box is very large, but with minimal characters available - the detail goes on the next box. It would be clearer if the initial field was the size of characters available
