    My GP really listened to me during my appointment and explained me my blood results and medication I need to take. I felt valued and cared.

    Seen by practice nurse today, my treatment completed afterwards advice on how to maintain my treatment. Both my husband and I have had the best treatment from the nurses and doctors, along with helpful receptionists, we are very lucky to have a GP practise especially in this day and age 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ practise

    Submitted 3 e-consult issues this morning. Within 10 minites I got a call inviting me to come for an appointment 45 minutes later. The GP I saw was efficient and allowed me to talk about all 3 issues at this appointment. Great building, modern and clean

    Following an appointment with one of the nurses who specialise in hearing , I cannot thank this person enough for her kindness and attentiveness and the fact I can hear again. She went over and above what was asked from her and I’m incredibly grateful for her help.

    I had a pre-arranged telephone consultation with a practice doctor this afternoon. After confirming the details of the issue I wished to discuss I was questioned thoughtfully and tactfully about a sensitive matter. Following this consultation I was left with the feeling that the matter had been thoroughly investigated by the doctor who then suggested a face to face appointment (awaiting details). I am satisfied that the issue was understood and with the outcome.

    The care taken to examine the problem was great Would be great if the origin of the communication used Lea Warf rather than Wallace house Also the conformation messages don’t distinguish between a in person appointment and a telephone appointment Overall I am pleased with the service I have received

    I moved to this practice recently from another GP (which amazingly only took 1 day!) and today I took my son in to see a doctor. It was quick and easy to get an appointment (same day) and the Dr listened entirely to his symptoms and my concerns. She gave really good advice and I went away feeling confident with the plan going forward. Really impressed so far with the practice and the way it functions.
