    I attempted to register via the NHS app and was told that the surgery accepts out-of-area registrations. However, the website states that my postcode is not covered, and the staff appear uncertain about whether out-of-area registrations are accepted.

    Gp I saw today was honestly such a lovely GP, very thorough, explained everything and made me feel very confident about everything. when I left I felt so much better. She also checked my blood pressure and gave me a blood pressure check to do. What a lovely gp! Thankyou

    Filled out an econsult. Seen by gp and referred same day. The reception team were as friendly as usual and Gp examined me and explained next steps. I generally find all the staff very helpful at this surgery.

    I totally get that scheduling an appointment online and requesting a call back is way better than calling at 8 am. But what if you could send a link to the patient so they can book their follow-up call with their preferred clinician? Or maybe even let them book online? Sometimes, calling the patient to set up the appointment call isn’t always the most convenient option. And let’s not forget about asking them to come in when they’re at work - that’s just not practical!

Your ideas about offering patients a booking link for follow-up calls or choosing a preferred clinician are very helpful, and we agree that greater flexibility would make a big difference. We understand that receiving a call at an inconvenient time, or being asked to attend in person during work hours, isn’t always practical.     I would like to Thank to Reception Staff for twice completing an econsult at reception when urgent doctor appointments were needed ... twice for myself last month ... and once for my brother a couple of days ago ... it was so much easier face to face ... than having to complete an online econsult ... especially as these situations needed a phone consultation for urgent prescription ... and face to face Doctor appointments ... the Doctor got in touch ... in all cases ...very quickly ... and was thorough and helpful ... and it was so much easier going through the reception staff ... who immediately understood and completed these econsults at reception ... and I felt listened to ... and understood ... and like a human being ... this human interaction with the amazing reception staff made all the difference ... and they were very Friendly, Helpful and Efficient.. ...and I felt that it made all the difference being able to complete econsults at reception .. within the surgery ... where I was listened to and understood .

    I have filled out e consults to receive no response at all, tried to call to get an appointment to get an extremely rude lady telling me the only the way to get an appointment is by doing it online and refused to help me any further. How on Earth is anyone supposed to get an appointment? Useless.

The Practice encourages the use of eConsult to ensure detailed information can be captured for review with the eConsult GP and to free up the phone lines for our most vulnerable patients. We also understand that not all patients are able to complete eConsults online and therefore have other processes in place to ensure we are not causing delay to care. I am sorry this did not happen in your case. We take all feedback seriously and would like to investigate the barriers concerning your eConsult submissions and your experience on the phone.     A visit to Sele Farm surgery on 10th March as a result of a telephone conversation I went to see the nurse LeonieShe was very kind and professional and prescribed a wonderful cream . The surgery is very calming !!! The medication is working Thank you Kathleen Roe
