My Wife sent me to the doctors as I had a persistent cough. I spoke to the receptionist at 10:00, she asked if I could come bak at 16:00 for an appointment. At 16:15 I was seen by a doctor who assest me and diagnosed a course of antibiotics.

Very pleased to have this opportunity of expressing my gratitude and thanks for all the kindness and help I have received from Lea Medical , the reception team and in particular from the doctor who has been assigned to me. Being in my late 70’s I seem to have had rather a lot of issues and consequently quite a lot of referrals and procedures! The support I have received has been so kind and effective and I am truly appreciative of all her tireless efforts and professionalism.

I have never in a very very long time experienced amazing treatment from a doctors surgery. I was amazed at how they’ve got it just right. You can get same day appointment. Doctor and receptionist made you feel “human” and actually listened and helped ! Inspirations to other surgeries !! Friendly, professional and clean! Great surgery thank you 🙏

Consultation was very thorough and given plenty of advice. Focus was on preventative measures as well as relevant medication. Both GP and receptionist were very helpful

My doctor this morning was extremely thorough and caring. I felt heard and seen, and knew that I was in safe hands. I’ve had a positive experience with several other doctors at this practice too. Highly recommend.

Went for an appointment for one reason, but asked about something else whilst I was there. The nurse was kind enough to ask a doctor to assist- he did and saw immediately that I needed antibiotics. Thank you.

I was booked for a face to face appointment with a clinician and when I tried to register it referred me to the receptionist. For some reason it still said and telephone appointment. I had specifically gone down previously in person to make that appointment as I can't hear on the phone. The very helpful receptionist spoke to the practice manager and managed to get me an appointment with a doctor at 10.55 so it meant waiting 50; minutes. I am so glad I saw a doctor as she changed my medication and I have to have another blood tests in 3 months. Also she explained everything to me.

Typed my e consult this morning at around 7.00a.m. and received telephone call almost immediately offering me an appointment that morning. Saw lovely female GP . Very helpful friendly professional was happy to explain everything and was happy to talk to me and give me time. Very impressed.

My phone visits with the doctor are always very reassuring. I live alone, and have multiple heath problems. She listens to my concerns, and addresses everything that worries me. At 87, I give her credit for helping make my life better.

I needed a change to be made to a blood test request. I went into the surgery and it was dealt with promptly by the reception staff and doctor, in a way that enabled the testing to be conducted very efficiently.
