I would like to thank my recent health professional for her patience and understanding. During my recent visits March 2025 . She was comforting and didn't rush me as I was in distress due to a very personal episodes with my health issues. Her calm and supportive demeanor has inspired me to take ownership of my own health. This has let to improvement in my condition I would like to also thank the front desk staff for their patience with my questions. Furthermore, the doctors in general has always been professional and kind at Lawrence Hill Health Centre. A heartfelt thank you for your service to me and my family over the years. The lady GP which I saw, again, was and is always friendly, helpful, and gives me the information which I’m seeking. The downside is that from the initial phone call to make the appointment, until the time I had the appointment with my GP, was quite some time, generally it’s longer because you have to wait a two week or more, for a telephone appointment, and then should the GP wish to see you, it’s a further two weeks or more, before you actually see a doctor. Although in saying this, if the issue is of a more serious nature, than this length may be shortened, I am assuming. Frontline staff are always extremely helpful, much better now than they used to be, which is a blessing. Nurses are always friendly and helpful, so all in all, a good experience going to Lawrence Hill Health Centre, but I just wish the appointment/Waite time, was a little shorter or quicker. Much thanks to all at Lawrence Hill Health Centre :-)

There is alyways a Nice service I can always count on help doctors always help with healthy problems show to live a healthy life they are alywas cordial and helpful in people's problems there is a very good healthy clinic

Why has the signing in screen been moved to the other side of the reception desk ? This necessitates by-passing the queue of people waiting to see the receptionist, which can cause problems. The screen was better situated where it was surely.

Very professional and quick .. gave me cortisone injection and I’m now not in so much pain…was hard to get appointment and late going in but he was marvellous and has been before .. a great doctor

I cannot recommend Lawrence Hill Health Centre enough. The receptionists are always really kind and understanding, and whilst they are always under immense amounts of pressure with so much going on at once, they have always made me feel like they have more than enough time to discuss options. The waiting area is really quite lovely, with the garden area, usually herbs and vegetables ready to take and plenty of seating. Every GP that my partner and I have seen have been absolutely wonderful. They’ve really taken their time, paying attention to every detail, whilst bringing a friendly and warm atmosphere. It is completely clear how dedicated they are to patient care and have put me totally at ease, knowing that they are doing everything that they can to help improve daily life. I feel listened to, validated and cared for every visit, I cannot thank them enough!!!

I was concerned over some new moles and the doctor reassured me and made me feel better within a short space of time. I am very fortunate with my health. However when I needed them I had an appointment within 6 days of phoning them.
