    Made me feel comfortable and safe while having a gynaecology procedure. Friendly and supportive GP and nurse.

    H,nurse to went over and above board convinced me to rebook my smear test with the older H, last smear I had was unbearably painful but the nurse who conducted the smear I feel was not trained properly, especially with more mature ladies. H, on the 12/4/2024 made me feel confident that I wouldn't have the same treatment.

    Staff were very busy so they were running late as a result. Staff were full of apologies but continued with the appointment with a smile and an ease for my well being. I did not see a Doctor my appointment was conducted by a nurse in the treatment room.

    Made an appointment to see a Mental Health Nurse for the 2nd April. Signed in on arrival only to be seen by the wrong person who did apologise and asked me to wait for a while for her to make some enquiries. She came back after 10mins and said there was a problem and I was booked with the wrong professional. She said I would receive a call back from a Doctor yesterday afternoon But that did not happen. I get the nhs is under a vast amount of pressure and staffing is a challenge but I am still waiting to be contacted.

    Attended the surgery to have some bloods taken, appointment on time, felt very at ease, and lovely staff member very welcoming

    My last visit to the practice was for some blood test. The experience as usual was positive ons as usual.The self checking terminal informed me that the nurse was running 35minutes late which is no surprise at a busy surgery. In the end I only had a 20 minute wait. After I had given blood a follow up appointment was made for me to dicuss the test results. I would like to thank the team at the practice for helping me manage my health.

    This has been my practice since the 90s and though the call waiting for an appointment can be frustratingly long at times, the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Booked my appointment promptly. My treatment on the day was friendly and empathetic. I didn't feel like a number and set my mind at ease by being relatable. Despite the many changes and impactful events a few years ago, I feel that this is the best in the area compared to others.

    Dear Kaz thank you for your response , answering the phone ina timely manner is a frustration for us at times. Sometimes demand on the phone is high and we may have team members unavailable to answer the phone which we try to react to on the day. I am reassured that your appointment was empathetic best wishes ewan cameron

    I've always had a really good experience with all the staff here: receptionists, HCAs, and doctors. Such shortcomings as the place has are clearly systemic in nature (being 27th in a telephone queue, waiting three weeks for an appointment, etc.), rather than being the responsibility of any individuals. I was particularly happy with my last appointment, where despite running behind and with a very busy waiting room outside, I was listened to carefully and given all the time I needed. It felt like a genuinely collaborative, person-centred appointment, for which I was very grateful.

    In text confirmation received weeks prior to the appointment, it stated my appointment would be via phone however on the day, I received text message letting me know I missed my appointment in person which is quite frustrating. I understand things can happen but this is not ideal considering I booked this appointment feeling unwell and had to wait multiple weeks for it to then miss it. However, called reception and got booked in for the following week so at least there’s that.

    Very welcoming, helpful, feel very easy to talk to her, feel like I get things sorted when I see her. I would like to say you asked for my review I gave it then get told it’s not the sort of things you want hear. if this is what you mean maybe reception staff should have better communication skills only I was told to go to reception by the doctor and request a full blood test and she found it hard to understand me what was required.
