    I tried to make a booking in advance because of my job HGV driver/ Europe And fitting it in on my time limit? I know that a lot of people are registered to the practice, So I had to leave for a later date When you think about Cancer and how quick it is to develop ?

    Thank you for your feedback. We book appointments 1 week in advance, this is due to evidence that when appointments are booked further in advance, this increases the amount of Did not attends.

    Had my appointment booked straight away for the nurse to take blood completely painless and was all done within 5 minutes

    I had a hip op on the 19th Dec had to see the doctor on the 2nd Jan for a check up with the op could not get in with my doctors in Cosham couldn't even get through to them on the phone so I spoke with my cancer nurse who got me in at Kingston crescent so much more different to Cosham the the lady on the desk was friendly and helpful putting me at ease from the start went in to see the doctor on time very pleased with the outcome of the appointment

    Two phlebotomists dealt with my blood test. I have difficult veins! Both were extremely kind and reassuring throught the whole process.

    I havnt had an appointment at Kingston surgery , This is a concern as has someone else been to surgery and my information has been used My last visit was at cosham I’ve given low scores as never when to Kingston surgery

    Doctor/nurse very nice explained everything. Receptionist was very rude and not very helpful. just because I couldn’t sign in on appointment screen as it wasn’t letting me.

    4 months and I can't make an appointment, they only make an appointment over the phone and no one answers, I went to the customer service desk and they didn't do anything.

    We are sorry that you have been unable to gain access when needed. We would advise that currently all areas of the health service have capacity issues and demand is often more than we can safely provide.

    The young lady/Nurse was excellent. I hate seeing blood coming out of my body & I hate needles. She was very cool & considerate & I felt very little (no pain at all?)

    I was seen promptly and the blood test was done professionally and quickly. My results were soon viewable online.
