Review titled Your recent appointment with nurse
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Susan N - Posted on 17 January 2024
I have been having trouble getting my blood pressure to an acceptable level after kidney removal. The nurse has been very professional, kind and considerate of my needs. The result is that my blood pressure, after many weeks of monitoring and adjusting medication, has now normalised. I felt well cared for and in safe, effective hands. Thank you Kingston Crescent for all you have done for me.

Unable to have the test as a rise in blood pressure due to phobia encounter at home. Immediately helped with extra medication and treated with consideration and courtesy. Very professional.

Review titled Visited twice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Melvyn W - Posted on 02 January 2024
My wife and myself both had different appointment times, We live in Paulsgrove so we have to travel a fair distance to the surgery plus the expense. Maybe in the future when we both have to visit we can be offered a joint booking.

Review titled With Physio
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 16 January 2024
The Physio was very, polite respectful and a little helpful with my thumb injury. Unfortunately he could'nt help me much as I needed an injection ,which I already knew ,as I had the same problem 10 months previously with one of my fingers on the same hand. I did make a routine appointment for my problem, but I was told 2 days later that it was cancelled and told to make a physio appointment. The physio did suggest that I get a Thumb spica support splint trigger thumb, which has helped a bit, but it did not relieve the pain

I was seen on time for both my injection and my bloods. The lady I saw was very efficient, helpful and polite. I never have any problems with the Healthcare assistants.

Review titled Your recent appointment
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by David B - Posted on 02 January 2024
The appointment was made as suggested by the Audio department at QA hospital, this was because I needed to be referred for an hearing test? It is appreciated that the NHS do an amazing job and they are under much pressure at all times, so I found having to make this appointment a bit strange as the Audio Department knew the hearing test was required but still had to receive a referral from my doctors surgery? surely this is a waste of time and resources which I'm sure the NHS could do without??

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your point of view however, often a referral is required from the Practice as part of the procedure.
